For as long as I can remember, I have loved photography - especially pictures that document, that tell some kind of story. I first remember taking pictures when I was about five, and after college I was a working photojournalist for a few years before finding a 36-year career in the publishing industry. But I never stopped taking pictures or lost my passion for photography, and in recent years I have been building my portfolio with an eye towards establishing a freelance photography business.
I've put the framework of the business in place, but I am looking for support to really get going. You can find out more details at my Go Fund Me page, but essentially I need hardware, software, supplies and marketing funds to support what I want to do:
I'm really excited about sharing my photography in new ways, and grateful for those who've offered support already by helping me with website support, selling my prints in their store, offering gallery space and sharing my work on social media. If you want me to keep you posted on how it's going, sign up for my e-newsletter. The best place to see my work right now is on my Flickr page. You can also click below to view one of my Photoshelter galleries - I'm adding more photos here all the time.
